Experience:

• 3 to 6 years

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, preferably in Wet Processing, or an equivalent relevant qualification.

Experience & Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Dyeing & Washing R&D.

• Good knowledge of garment washing techniques, dyeing processes, chemical applications, and shade development.

• Ability to conduct trials, analyze results, and solve technical problems.Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.

• Conduct R&D activities for garment dyeing, washing, and finishing processes.

• Develop new washes, shades, effects, and finishes according to buyer specifications.

• Perform lab trials, sample development, shade matching, and process testing.

• Support bulk production by resolving washing and dyeing-related technical issues.

• Maintain R&D records, recipes, chemical consumption data, and sample approval documents.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Merchandising teams to ensure timely sample development.

• Follow chemical safety procedures and applicable buyer compliance requirements.
