Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), BBA, or any relevant discipline from a reputed Public or Private University.

• Candidates with relevant technical education and practical experience in Seamless Knitting / Yarn Store operations may also be considered.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age At least 25 years

• Basic understanding of seamless knitting processes, yarn types, yarn handling, and production requirements.

• Knowledge of yarn receiving, issuing, storage, stock control, lot/batch identification, and inventory documentation will be preferred.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP/software systems.

• Strong communication, coordination, numerical, documentation, and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production requirements within deadlines.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, proactive, detail-oriented, and result-oriented.

• Willingness to work in shifts when necessary.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Seamless Knitting, Knitting Production, Yarn Store, Textile, or Knit Garments industry.

• Experience in Yarn Store / Yarn Inventory Management will be given preference.

• Freshers with strong academic background and genuine interest in Seamless Knitting may also be considered.

Assist in day-to-day operations of the Seamless Knitting section to ensure smooth and efficient production activities.

• Coordinate with Knitting, Yarn Store, Planning, Quality, Production, and other relevant departments for timely availability and movement of yarn and production materials.

• Monitor yarn receiving, issuing, storage, identification, lot/batch details, and stock movement related to seamless knitting operations.

• Maintain proper records of yarn requisition, issue, return, balance, and consumption as per company procedures.

• Support checking of yarn quality, count, lot, color, quantity, and specifications before issuing materials for production.

• Follow up on yarn and material requirements according to production plans and ensure timely availability for seamless knitting.

• Assist in monitoring machine-wise production requirements and report shortages, discrepancies, or operational issues to the concerned supervisor.

• Maintain proper documentation, registers, ERP/system entries, and reports related to yarn and seamless knitting activities.

• Coordinate with the Yarn Store team to ensure proper storage, handling, identification, and traceability of yarn.

• Assist in monitoring material consumption, wastage, stock discrepancies, and physical inventory reconciliation.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality requirements, safety rules, housekeeping standards, and departmental procedures.

• Perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
