Minimum height: 5 feet 6 inches.
Physically fit, smart, alert, and well-presented.
Honest, disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
Good manners and professional communication skills.
Previous experience in security services, shopping malls, super shops, hotels, or commercial establishments will be preferred.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the duty roster.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, products, and company property.
Monitor store entrances and exits and prevent unauthorized access.
Manage the parking area and ensure the orderly parking of customers’ cars and motorcycles.
Control vehicle entry and exit and prevent unauthorized parking or obstruction.
Assist customers with parking directions and maintain safe movement around the store entrance.
Monitor suspicious activities and help prevent theft, shoplifting, and unauthorized removal of company assets.
Conduct regular security patrols inside and outside the store, including the parking area.
Monitor the movement of goods and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
Ensure that emergency exits, entrances, and access routes remain clear.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers, including foreign and premium customers.
Respond responsibly to emergencies and immediately report security incidents to the concerned supervisor or management.
Perform other security-related duties assigned by management.
