Additional Requirements

Experience in a reputed FMCG or snack food manufacturing company will be highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and manufacturing best practices.
Computer literacy, particularly MS Excel and production reporting.
Ability to implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong communication, coordination, and team management capabilities.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead and manage the overall Tiffin Cake production operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Ensure efficient production planning, scheduling, and execution in line with business requirements.
Have strong technical knowledge of Tiffin Cake manufacturing processes, including raw material preparation, batter mixing, depositing, baking, cooling, cutting, packaging, and finished goods handling.
Develop, standardize, and improve production processes, formulations, recipes, and operating parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
Monitor and optimize production efficiency, machine utilization, manpower productivity, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other applicable food manufacturing regulations.
Minimize production losses, wastage, product rejection, and operational downtime.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA), Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth factory operations.
Lead, supervise, train, and develop production supervisors, operators, and other factory personnel.
Monitor key production performance indicators (KPIs), including production output, yield, wastage, rejection rate, OEE, and labor productivity.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction.
Ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the Engineering and Maintenance teams.
Maintain production reports, material consumption records, batch records, and other operational documentation.
Lead new product development, product trials, and commercialization activities in coordination with R&D and QA teams.
Ensure proper hygiene, housekeeping, workplace safety, and discipline throughout the production area.
