Responsibilities & Context
A3 Interior Design is hiring 3 Sales Executives for its Nikunja-1, Dhaka office. This is a field sales role with regular in-person client meetings, project site visits, and door-to-door outreach. You’ll guide prospective clients from their first inquiry through project confirmation.
• Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce A3’s interior design services and generate new leads.
• Meet clients in person at the office, their homes, or project sites to understand their needs, budget, and timeline.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and social media. Explain service packages and schedule consultations.
• Coordinate with the design team on proposals and quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales within approved terms.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM and work toward monthly sales targets.
Candidates with their own motorcycle will receive priority.
