Responsibilities & Context
South Korea University application & Visa Processing
Manage visa applications from submission to approval independently (application preparation, documentation, interview guidance, and submission).
Follow up regularly with ongoing student applications and maintain proper communication with students and partner institutions.
Assist students in understanding admission procedures, financial requirements, and interview preparation.
Minimum 1/2 years of hands-on experience as a student visa application officer in a study abroad consultancy office, with expertise in processing applications for South Korea
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure student conversion
Assess students` academic backgrounds, English language proficiency, financial capacity, and career objectives.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events
