Senior Executive - Corporate & Govt. Sales (Tender)

Practical experience in Bangladesh government e-GP portal operations is mandatory.

Experience in the electrical products, engineering, construction materials, or industrial products sector will be preferred.

Strong understanding of Bangladesh public procurement act (PPA), public procurement rules (PPR), and e-GP procedures.

Excellent documentation, record management, and compliance skills.

Identify and monitor government and corporate tender opportunities through the e-GP portal and other procurement sources.

Prepare, verify, and submit tender documents accurately within stipulated deadlines.

Ensure compliance with PPA, PPR, e-GP guidelines, and company policies.

Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, SCM, and other departments to collect required documents and approvals.

Prepare quotations, bid securities, performance guarantees, and contract-related documents.

Build and maintain relationships with government organizations, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.

Monitor tender status, maintain documentation, and prepare periodic reports.

Support business development initiatives and achieve departmental sales objectives.
