Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and tech-savvy Executive / Sr. Executive for our Implementation team. The core focus of this role involves frequent field visits to various client locations to deploy our software solutions, train users, and ensure smooth system adoption. The ideal candidate must have a background in the IT/Software industry.
Frequently visit various client premises for software installation, configuration, and ERP deployment according to project timelines.
Conduct business process analysis, gather requirement specifications, and map them with our software solutions.
Provide hands-on training to end-users and client representatives on system functionalities.
Migrate initial data from client legacy systems or Excel spreadsheets into the new software platform.
Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the Go-Live phase.
Act as a bridge between the client and the internal development team to report bugs and request custom features.
Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and obtain implementation sign-off from clients.
