Provide excellent customer service ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Greet and assist customers in a polite, professional, and well-mannered manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and organized shelves.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Assist in billing, cash handling, and POS operations when required.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation.
