Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to join the IT department at our Gazipur unit. You will install, configure and troubleshoot the company’s computer hardware, operating systems and network and security infrastructure, working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure and troubleshoot CPUs, laptops, printers, motherboards, UPS units and other computer hardware.

• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows, Linux and macOS platforms.

• Work with endpoint protection systems, Active Directory (AD), NAS and file servers.

• Support CCTV, NVR, PABX and IP phone systems.

Requirements

• Education (mandatory): 4-year Diploma in Hardware and Networking, or B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering.

• Experience: 2 to 3 years, with at least two years assembling, configuring and troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, motherboards, UPS and related hardware.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Additional skill: CCNA certification.
