Responsibilities & Context:
Develop new customers and business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.
Promote, market and sell ceramic bricks, decorative bricks, ceramic wall cladding and other company products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, developers, real estate companies, contractors, dealers and distributors.
Conduct regular market visits to generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
Identify potential customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and follow up on customer inquiries, orders and payments.
Conduct market research to identify customer demand, competitor activities and new market opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on market activities and sales performance.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Assist in planning and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
