𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐖𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞 & 𝐁𝟐𝐁 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬: Pitch and sell premium solar panels, industrial inverters, and battery storage systems (BESS) to meet monthly targets.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Identify, approach, and convert local EPC firms, wholesale retailers, and industrial factory owners into active corporate buyers.

𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲: Formulate commercial quotations, manage price negotiations, close high-value sales deals, and ensure timely payment recovery.

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: Conduct active market visits, monitor competitor pricing, and aggressively push our product lineup to capture maximum market share in Bangladesh.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

* BSc in EEE or relevant. (Note: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 outweighs academic degrees).

* 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝟑-5 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of B2B solar sales experience in BD.

* Strong negotiation, target-driven mindset, and high mobility.
