Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients through outbound phone calls/messages daily.
Receive inbound calls/messages and respond professionally to inquiries.
Explain company services with confidence and accurate information.
Convert potential clients into confirmed customers through effective communication.
Follow up interested prospects until successful sales completion.
Maintain customer information using company record management system.
Achieve monthly sales, call, and lead generation targets consistently.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Resolve customer questions with professionalism and positive attitude.
Coordinate with internal team for smooth service delivery.
Prepare daily sales activity and performance reports.
Maintain service quality and company communication standards.
