Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through outbound phone calls daily.

• Receive inbound calls and respond professionally to inquiries.

• Explain company services with confidence and accurate information.

• Convert potential clients into confirmed customers through effective communication.

• Follow up interested prospects until successful sales completion.

• Maintain customer information using company record management system.

• Achieve monthly sales, call, and lead generation targets consistently.

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Resolve customer questions with professionalism and positive attitude.

• Coordinate with internal team for smooth service delivery.

• Prepare daily sales activity and performance reports.

• Maintain service quality and company communication standards.
  
  Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Candidates from all educational backgrounds may apply if they possess excellent communication skills.

  Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, or Sales.

  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and strong learning ability are also encouraged to apply.
