Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, confirm orders, and address customer inquiries professionally.
Provide product details, order status updates, and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist the operations team in packing, labeling, and organizing products for daily courier dispatch.
Maintain order logs and coordinate with the delivery team for smooth order fulfillment.
Ensure accurate product checks before final packaging.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
