Responsibilities & Context:
We, Softifybd Limited, a fastest growing software company looking for Technical Support Specialist whose primary responsibility will be to provide excellent client support and ensuring highest satisfaction.
Answering calls and providing information about our products and services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries to handle and resolve customer complaints.
Communicate with clients throughout the implementation project life cycle.
Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the client. Develop and conduct training programs for each client.
Act as a resource to assist the project team in the product development and testing process.
Follow-up on unresolved problems to respective departments for appropriate solutions.
