Responsibilities & Context:

Business Growth & Revenue Ownership

• Own enterprise lead generation and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

• Drive delivery-led upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion

• Forecast revenue and ensure consistent achievement of business targets

• Manage margins, utilization, and profitability across projects and portfolios

Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Own end-to-end project and program delivery across multiple accounts

• Establish scalable delivery governance, KPIs, SLAs, reporting structures, and risk management practices

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Implement repeatable processes for consistent delivery quality

Team Leadership & Scaling

• Lead, hire, mentor, and performance-manage Project Managers and delivery teams

• Build high-performing, accountable, and process-driven teams

• Create career development paths and succession plans within delivery units

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the senior client owner and primary escalation point

• Manage enterprise stakeholders, contracts, scope negotiations, and long-term partnerships

• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and referenceability

Sales & Leadership Collaborations

• Partner with Sales and Leadership during pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, and pricing

• Contribute to closing enterprise deals with delivery and commercial insights

• Align project execution with overall company strategy and growth plans
