Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage 24×7 NOC operations to ensure maximum network availability and SLA compliance.
Monitor and maintain ISP backbone, core, edge, FTTH, GPON/EPON, and enterprise networks.
Lead major incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Manage NOC engineers, Team Leads, and Branch Office teams, including shift planning and performance evaluation.
Act as the final escalation point for critical network incidents.
Coordinate with Core Network, Transmission, System, Security, upstream providers, IXs, and vendors.
Oversee network monitoring using LibreNMS, Zabbix, Cacti, SmokePing, and related tools.
Ensure timely execution of maintenance and emergency activities.
Monitor network performance, capacity, latency, and packet loss, implementing proactive improvements.
Maintain network documentation, SOPs, incident reports, and operational KPIs.
Drive process improvements and mentor team members through technical guidance and training.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to NOC.
