Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele Sales or Call Center operations.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and sales-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team at Herbheez. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products.

Build rapport with customers and effectively communicate product value.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.

Record and update customer information accurately.

Location: 5 No Road, B-Block, Ruby Gate, Hillview, Chattogram

Basic Salary: BDT 12,000

Total Earnings: BDT 14,000 – 15,000+ (with performance incentives)
