Strong hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and IT troubleshooting.
Practical experience in computer lab setup and maintenance will be preferred.
Knowledge of CCTV, NVR/DVR, biometric attendance systems, and IP-based security systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, basic Linux, and common IT support tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and provide timely technical solutions.
Willingness to travel to different BTTC branches and project sites as required.
Ability to work beyond regular office hours during examinations, events, system maintenance, or critical IT incidents when required.
Good command of **Bangla and English**, both written and spoken.
Physically and mentally fit to perform office, field, and equipment-related responsibilities.
Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, UPS, and other IT equipment.
Provide day-to-day IT support to management, trainers, administrative staff, and trainees.
Install and maintain computer labs, workstations, software, operating systems, and other training-related IT facilities.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
Install, terminate, test, and maintain Cat5e/Cat6 network cabling, RJ45 connectors, patch panels, and network racks.
Monitor internet and network connectivity and coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for troubleshooting and technical support.
Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV/IP cameras, NVR/DVR, biometric attendance systems, and other security-related IT systems.
Perform Windows/Linux installation, system formatting, software installation, driver configuration, system updates, and basic system imaging.
Implement regular data backup procedures and support basic IT security, antivirus, access control, and data protection measures.
Maintain IT asset inventory, equipment records, repair logs, warranty information, and spare parts records.
Conduct periodic physical verification and maintenance of computers, networking equipment, CCTV systems, and other IT assets.
Visit different BTTC branches and project locations for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support when required.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment installation, repair, maintenance, warranty, and technical support.
Maintain proper network documentation, IP records, equipment configuration, maintenance logs, and IT-related reports.
Support the procurement and administration departments in preparing technical specifications and requirements for IT equipment and services.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
