Proven experience in job placement, employer engagement, recruitment, or career services.
Good knowledge of the local and overseas employment market, particularly the **Middle East and Malaysia**, will be an added advantage.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with employers, industries, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders.
Good understanding of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), skills development, competency-based training, and employment pathways.
Experience in trainee/graduates tracking, employment data management, and placement reporting.
Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel for employer visits, job fairs, recruitment events, and trainee follow-up activities.
Strong command of English and Bangla.
Physically and mentally fit to perform office, field, and employment-related responsibilities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, industries, recruitment agencies, and overseas employment partners to facilitate job placement opportunities for trained graduates.
Identify suitable employment opportunities for trainees in local and overseas job markets, and other potential destinations.
Coordinate with employers and recruitment agencies regarding job vacancies, candidate requirements, interviews, trade tests, and selection processes.
Maintain an updated database of trainees, graduates, employers, job vacancies, interviews, placements, and employment outcomes.
Conduct career counseling and provide trainees with guidance on job opportunities, career pathways, CV preparation, interview skills, and workplace expectations.
Organize and coordinate job fairs, recruitment drives, employer interviews, trade tests, and other employment related activities.
Screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on employer requirements and coordinate the candidate selection process.
Follow up with placed trainees and employers to monitor employment status, retention, job performance, and satisfaction.
Track and report employment and placement outcomes of graduates in accordance with project, organizational, and donor requirements.
Prepare regular job placement reports, employment tracking reports, success stories, and other relevant documentation for management.
Support training teams in aligning training programs and curricula with current labor market and employer demands.
Maintain effective communication with government agencies, skills development projects, industry associations, recruitment agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
Promote the employment potential of BTTC-trained graduates and support the development of sustainable employer networks.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
