Job Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain ZTE Core Network solutions, including CS and PS core network elements, switches, media gateways, signaling systems, and related network components.

• Participate in end-to-end network solution design and implementation, ensuring interoperability and compatibility among CS, PS, Cloud Core, and peripheral network elements.

• Collaborate with Planning, Delivery, Operations, and NOC teams to analyze customer requirements and support network rollout, expansion, and optimization activities.

• Execute integration, commissioning, and UAT activities for CS and PS core network nodes in compliance with ZTE standard processes and customer acceptance criteria.

• Perform fault analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for CS and PS core networks, ensuring network stability, service continuity, and SLA compliance.

• Monitor network performance, KPIs, traffic load, and capacity utilization, and provide optimization and capacity expansion recommendations.

• Support Cloud Core PS/Data Network operations, including NFVI platform, Red Hat environment, and virtualized network functions (VNF/CNF).

• Maintain and update technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, MoP, and acceptance reports.

• Support network maintenance windows, upgrades, migrations, and emergency handling in coordination with customer and internal teams.

• Track assigned issues end-to-end until closure, escalate when required, and provide regular status reporting.

• Continuously learn and apply ZTE Core Network technologies, signaling protocols, and industry best practices.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering with a major in Computer, Networking, or Telecommunications.

• Strong awareness of information security and data protection.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience or fresh graduate .

• Experience in IP Networking, Red Hat, and NFVI domain will be considered a strong advantage.

• Proficient knowledge of Core CS KPIs and PS KPIs.

• High sense of responsibility with the ability to track, follow up, and resolve assigned issues end-to-end
