Responsibilities & Context:
Design, configure, and manage ISP network infrastructure including routers, switches,OLT,firewalls, and load balancers.
Develop and troubleshoot Internet and data connectivity solutions for corporate, Retail, MAC and banking customers.
Meet with customers and Partner to gather requirements and provide solutions both over the phone and in person.
Facilities maintenance, running health check and security of system.
Plan and manage router, switch, backbone and NTTN capacity resources.
Perform regular system upgrades and maintenance tasks and monitoring the link.
