Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology from BUET, DUET or any recognized Public/Private University.

• Professional IT certifications such as OCP, CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, RHCE, or equivalent will be an advantage.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age At least 35 years

• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, cybersecurity, hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Good knowledge of Hospital Management Software, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewall and backup systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical IT issues efficiently.

1. Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, network, servers, computers, and related systems.

2. Sharp knowledge about Hospital Management Software.

3. Ensure smooth operation, security, and availability of IT services.

4. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

5. Manage Windows/Linux servers, user accounts, access permissions, backups, and system updates.

6. Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

7. Implement and maintain IT security policies, antivirus solutions, firewall configurations, and data protection measures.

8. Maintain regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

9. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment, software, internet, and technical services.

10. Prepare IT documentation, asset records, system reports, and maintenance schedules.

11. Coordinate with different department and make accurate report about hospital operations.

12. Recommend and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

13. Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
