MBBS from a recognized medical college.
Valid registration with BMDC.

Good clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a critical-care environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duty.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide medical care and continuous monitoring of neonates admitted to the NICU.
Assess and manage critically ill and premature newborns under the supervision of Senior/Consultant Neonatologists.
Monitor vital signs, laboratory reports, treatment response and clinical progress.
Assist in neonatal resuscitation and emergency management.
Perform necessary procedures within the scope of training and hospital protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes and treatment documentation.
Coordinate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Attend emergency situations and perform duties according to the NICU roster.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention protocols and patient-safety standards.
