• Location: Mawna, Gazipur

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Medical Officer to manage occupational health and medical services at our Mawna, Gazipur factory and ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Work Location: Mawna, Gazipur

• Manage the factory medical center and provide primary medical care to employees and workers.

• Manage and operate the Mini OT and perform minor surgical procedures within the authorized scope of practice and available facility.

• Provide wound care, dressing, suturing and other minor procedures as clinically appropriate.

• Attend workplace injuries, illness and medical emergencies and arrange referral/hospitalization when required.

• Conduct employee health assessments, including pre-employment and periodic medical examinations.

• Maintain medical records, medicine inventory, first-aid facilities and required health documentation.

• Support occupational health, hygiene, ergonomics and workplace health awareness initiatives.

• Monitor work-related health risks and recommend appropriate preventive measures.

• Conduct health awareness, first-aid and emergency response programs.

• Coordinate with nearby hospitals/clinics for emergency and referral cases.

• Support factory compliance, health & safety audits and statutory medical requirements.

• Work closely with HR, Compliance, Safety and factory management on employee health and wellbeing matters.

• Ensure medical facilities and practices comply with applicable Bangladesh Labour Law/Rules and company requirements.
