• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience as a Medical Officer in a Garment/Textile industry.

Additional Requirements:

• Age Limitation 25- 35 Years.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented for following Position. The selected candidate will be appointed by Ishwardi Matsuoka Bangladesh Ltd., a garments manufacturing factory located in Ishwardi EPZ.

Job Location:

Ishwardi EPZ, Paksey, Pabna.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure equal health service for all employee and periodic follow up of pregnant employees as per labor law.

• Monitoring, analysis & recorded monthly disease report, patient evaluations, treatments, medications

• and transactions according to company policies and procedures.

• Schedule monthly training, practical & Examine for Certification of first aiders.

• Conduct awareness & training program according to the policy (eg: maternity awareness, menstrual

• hygiene awareness, AIDS, Occupational health and safety training, any emergency health awareness program.

• Supervise and monitor activities of medical assistant, nurse, baby sitters.

• Establish and educate employees on cleanliness, hygiene and health standards.

• Maintain & monitor medical room, medicine expiry date, equipment, first aid box.

• Maintain & monitor child care facilities according to the policy
