Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Diploma in medical faculty (DMF).

• Must need BMDC registration certificate.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Female

• At least 2 years working experience as a Medical Assistant officer in a Garment/Textile industry.

• Age 20 to 30 years

• Must be dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate health issues effectively.

• Commitment to high standards of patient care and workplace health.

• Provide prompt and effective medical assistance to employees for any health-related issues.

• Conduct medical assessments during recruitment to ensure employee fitness for duty.

• Monitor and follow up on health conditions of pregnant employees; support ongoing nutrition and maternal

• care programs.

• Maintain proper medical records in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure availability and effective stock management of medicines and essential medical supplies.

• Organize and deliver periodic training sessions for First Aiders; promote a culture of health and safety awareness.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations applicable to the industry.

• Collaborate with the factory welfare team to share and implement continuous improvement plans in

• health and safety.

• Carry out regular inspections and health campaigns to promote employee wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate and timely reports on health and safety activities, incidents, and stock usage.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
