Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Textile, Apparel, Garments, or a related field.

• At least 5 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile.

• Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic, well communication skill.

• Strong technical understanding of fabric construction and up to date on seasonal fabric trends.

• Excellent knowledge of fabric defects and finishing parameters.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities of Finishing departments.

• Ensure fabric quality meets buyer requirements, international standards, and approved specifications.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Technical, and Merchandising teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Ability to analyze working hours, manpower, machine capacity, and production capacity to achieve daily finishing targets.

• Handle buyer audits, third-party inspections, and quality requirements.

• Analyze quality reports, root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor fabric testing parameters including GSM, shade, fastness, pH, shrinkage, spirality, and defects.

• Train and develop QA/QC team members to improve efficiency and quality awareness.

• Ensure continuous improvement to reduce rejection, rework, and claims.

• Conduct and monitor final inspections according to AQL and buyer requirements.

• Target to achieve near to zero buyer issues on technical side.

• Support buyer inspections and resolve quality concerns before shipment.

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
