Educational & Professional Requirements:

• MBBS or FCPS from a recognized medical institution.

• Valid registration with the relevant medical regulatory authority.

• Appropriate internship/clinical training as required.

• Experience in general practice, hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, or healthcare facility is preferred.

• Good clinical assessment, communication, and patient-management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare and general medical consultation to patients.

• Take detailed patient histories and perform physical examinations.

• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Assess symptoms and determine appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings.

• Prescribe medications, investigations, and other treatments as medically appropriate.

• Review and interpret laboratory reports, imaging reports, and other diagnostic test results.

• Provide preventive healthcare, health education, and lifestyle guidance to patients.

• Monitor patients with chronic conditions and adjust treatment plans when necessary.

• Identify medical conditions requiring specialist consultation and provide appropriate referrals.

• Manage common minor illnesses, infections, allergies, gastrointestinal problems, respiratory conditions, and other general medical complaints.

• Provide initial assessment and appropriate management of medical emergencies within the scope of practice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records, prescriptions, consultation notes, and treatment history.

• Explain diagnoses, treatment options, medication instructions, and follow-up requirements clearly to patients and their attendants.

• Follow appropriate infection-control, patient-safety, and clinical protocols.

• Coordinate with specialists, nurses, laboratory personnel, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals for continuity of care.

• Conduct follow-up consultations and monitor treatment outcomes.

• Participate in health screening, vaccination programs, medical camps, and preventive healthcare initiatives when required.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all patient interactions.

• Ensure compliance with applicable medical regulations, organizational policies, and clinical guidelines.

• Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, training, and continuing professional development.

• Perform other clinical responsibilities assigned by the Medical Director or management.
