Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Fleet Management, Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or Public Administration will be preferred.

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Candidates with experience in hospital transport operations will be given preference.

• Valid driving license and practical knowledge of vehicle operations will be an added advantage.

• Candidates must be physically capable of supervising field-based transport operations and responding to operational emergencies.

• Applicants should be self-motivated, proactive, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.

• Prepare and manage daily staff pickup and drop-off schedules and ensure smooth transportation services.

• Supervise and coordinate drivers, vehicles, and transport operations on a daily basis.

• Monitor vehicle movement through logbooks, trip sheets, GPS tracking systems, and other monitoring tools.

• Prepare and maintain driver duty rosters, attendance, leave, overtime, and duty allocation.

• Ensure proper discipline, punctuality, professional conduct, and compliance among drivers.

• Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate regular servicing, preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency breakdowns.

• Maintain updated records of all vehicles, including registration, tax token, fitness certificate, insurance, route permit, and other statutory documents.

• Monitor and control fuel consumption, maintain fuel records, and prepare periodic/monthly fuel consumption reports.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, maintenance, fuel, accidents/incidents, and repair history.

• Coordinate with authorized workshops/vendors for vehicle servicing, repair, spare parts, and other transport-related requirements.

• Respond promptly to emergency transport requirements, including patient-related or hospital operational needs, as assigned by management.

• Ensure vehicles assigned for hospital operations remain clean, safe, roadworthy, and operational.

• Monitor compliance with road safety requirements, traffic regulations, hospital policies, and transport-related SOPs.

• Investigate and report vehicle-related incidents, accidents, complaints, or operational issues to the appropriate authority.

• Coordinate transport requirements for staff, official activities, meetings, events, and other organizational purposes.

• Prepare regular reports on vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance, incidents, driver performance, and other transport activities.

• Maintain proper coordination with Administration, HRM, Security, Engineering/Maintenance, and other departments regarding transport requirements.

• Ensure proper handover and takeover of vehicles, keys, documents, and related equipment.

• Perform any other transport- or administration-related responsibilities assigned by management.
