Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide primary healthcare, medical consultation,treatment diagnosis and appropriate treatment to patients, share holder, and staff.

• Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain Patients health records.

• Maintain accurate medical records, prescriptions, progress notes, and discharge/fitness summaries in line with Medical and regulatory standards.

• Conduct health awareness sessions and promote preventive healthcare practices.

• Maintain complete and confidential health records of Patients.

• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare service providers for emergency and specialized healthcare support.

• Maintain proper stock and inventory of medicines and medical supplies.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the authority related to Hospital health services.
