Total Image Group (TIG) is an Australian-based company headquartered in Marrickville, Sydney. We provide uniforms, workwear and related products to organisations across Australia.

We are expanding our use of Odoo and are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Specialist / Odoo Consultant to join our team in Bangladesh on a full-time basis.

This is an opportunity to work directly with our Australian team and play an important role in implementing Odoo and improving how our business systems and processes work together.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with strong, practical, hands-on Odoo experience who understands how Odoo is used in a real business environment.

The successful candidate will help us assess our existing business processes and systems and determine how they can be effectively managed and consolidated within Odoo.

A key part of the role will be helping with the migration of business data and processes into Odoo, including understanding existing data structures, preparing data for migration, importing data into Odoo, testing results and ensuring the new setup works correctly.

You will work closely with our Australian team to understand business requirements and help implement practical Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and setup of Odoo across the business.

• Review existing business processes and determine how they can be managed effectively within Odoo.

• Assist with consolidating relevant business processes and data into Odoo where appropriate.

• Plan and assist with the migration of data from existing business systems into Odoo.

• Review, clean, map and prepare data for migration.

• Import and export data using Odoo.

• Validate migrated data and identify discrepancies or issues.

• Set up and manage products, customers, suppliers and other master data.

• Manage and process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.

• Work with Odoo Sales, Purchase and Inventory functionality.

• Help establish appropriate workflows and processes in Odoo.

• Test workflows and business processes before implementation.

• Assist with user testing, training and rollout.

• Work with the team to identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes.

• Provide ongoing functional support and guidance to Odoo users.

• Communicate with the Australian team regarding requirements, processes and implementation progress.

• Take ownership of Odoo-related tasks and work independently.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical Odoo experience.

• Strong hands-on experience using Odoo in a real business environment.

• Previous experience setting up, implementing or rolling out Odoo.

• Strong knowledge of Odoo Sales and Purchase functionality.

• Good understanding of Inventory and Product Management.

• Strong experience with Odoo data importing and exporting.

• Experience with ERP or business system data migration is highly desirable.

• Experience working with large and complex datasets.

• Good understanding of business processes, workflows and system requirements.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with an Australian-based team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Important – This Is a Functional Role

This is NOT an Odoo Developer / Programmer position.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong functional and practical Odoo experience.

You do not need to be a software developer. We are more interested in someone who understands how businesses operate and how those processes can be managed effectively within Odoo.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with areas such as:

• Sales

• Purchasing

• Inventory

• Products

• Customers and suppliers

• Data import/export

• ERP data migration

• Business process setup

• Odoo implementation and user support

Experience working with multiple business systems and helping migrate or consolidate data into Odoo will be highly valued.
