Responsibilities & Context:

Holidayzer is looking for 2 smart, capable, and AI-driven web & app developers to work full-time on an international customer project.

The selected developers will take over and work on an existing portfolio of websites, English-language websites, CRM systems, and an existing mobile application that needs modernization and further development.

This is a hands-on product development role. We are looking for people who can understand a problem, investigate the existing system, identify the right solution, use modern AI and cloud-based development tools, implement the solution, test it, and take ownership of the final result.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with existing projects and unfamiliar codebases rather than only developing from predefined specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of existing websites, web applications, CRM systems, and mobile applications.

• Understand existing products, codebases, business requirements, and technical workflows.

• Identify problems, investigate their root causes, and develop practical solutions.

• Modernize, improve, and maintain existing websites and applications.

• Develop and maintain English-language websites for an international customer.

• Work on CRM features, integrations, improvements, and related business workflows.

• Modernize and further develop an existing mobile application.

• Build new features and functionality based on customer requirements.

• Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI-assisted development platforms as part of the daily development workflow.

• Use cloud platforms, APIs, and modern development tools to build and deploy solutions.

• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and AI capabilities when required.

• Debug existing applications, identify technical issues, and implement reliable fixes.

• Research new technologies and tools when necessary to solve development problems.

• Use AI-assisted tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and development.

• Test and validate solutions before delivery.

• Continuously improve the performance, usability, reliability, and maintainability of existing products.

• Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks from problem identification through implementation and delivery.

• Communicate clearly with the team about requirements, technical challenges, progress, and solutions.

• Learn new technologies quickly and apply them to real-world development problems.
