Holidayzer is looking for a tech-savvy CRM Specialist with a Computer Science background and a strong appetite for automation and AI-driven workflows.

The selected candidate will own our customer relationship operations across the entire business — from lead capture to engagement — and will work at the Holidayzer Centre, Narail.

This is a deeply hands-on, automation-heavy role. You will spend most of your time designing and building multi-step workflows, connecting SaaS tools through APIs and webhooks, and using AI tools to dramatically reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer service. You will also manage our CRM platform, oversee the sales pipeline, and turn raw customer data into actionable insights.

Job Responsibilities

Automation Engineering (Primary Focus)

- Design, build, test, and maintain multi-step business automation workflows using GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n, and Make.com across sales, marketing, reservations, finance, and customer service.

- Identify repetitive manual tasks across the company and replace them with reliable, low-maintenance automations.

- Build and manage API integrations and webhooks (POST) between the CRM and third-party systems — booking platforms, payment gateways, WhatsApp/SMS providers, email tools, accounting software, and internal databases.

- Configure API key setup, OAuth flows, JSON data mapping, error handling, and trigger-based notifications between platforms.

- Develop integrations such as Split-Payment Automation, lead-routing logic, booking-to-invoice flows, and Shopify/booking-system → internal-tool pipelines.

AI-Driven Efficiency

- Embed AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face, and similar) into day-to-day operations to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.

- Build AI-assisted workflows for tasks like auto-replying to inquiries, generating personalized itineraries, summarizing customer conversations, classifying leads, drafting follow-up messages, and triaging support tickets.

- Use prompt engineering to design reliable AI agents/assistants that handle first-touch customer interactions.

- Continuously evaluate new AI tools and recommend adoption where they meaningfully boost team productivity.

CRM Operations

- Administer and maintain the company's CRM platform (GoHighLevel or similar) — users, pipelines, permissions, custom fields, tags, and data hygiene.

- Document all workflows, integrations, and SOPs so the system is maintainable and auditable.

Sales Pipeline & Lead Management

- Design and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline — from inbound lead capture (website, social, walk-in) through qualification, follow-up, booking, and re-engagement.

- Track lead sources, conversion rates, and drop-off points; recommend pipeline improvements to the sales team.

- Build automated lead-nurturing sequences (email, SMS, WhatsApp) for prospects at different stages.

- Coordinate with the sales and reservations teams to ensure every lead is followed up within the defined SLA.

Customer Data, Segmentation & Analytics

- Maintain a clean, well-segmented customer database (by destination interest, booking history, budget, demographics, etc.).

- Build dashboards and reports (using Power BI, Retool, or CRM-native tools) to track KPIs such as lead-to-booking conversion, repeat-customer rate, campaign ROI, and revenue per customer.

- Run periodic data-quality audits, de-duplications, and enrichment.

- Provide management with actionable insights and monthly performance reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, operations, and IT teams to align CRM workflows with business goals.

- Train internal users on CRM features, automations, and AI tools.
