Responsibilities & Context:
We're hiring 10 call center executives to join our high-volume international sales team.
You'll be the front line of our client's sales pipeline—making calls per shift, engaging prospects, handling objections, and booking qualified appointments for the European and US markets.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven, role-based position.
What You'll Do
Execute outbound dials per shift
Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation
Qualify prospects and book discovery/sales appointments
Handle objections confidently using trained techniques
Maintain accurate CRM disposition records after every call
Leave compelling voicemails that drive callbacks
Execute structured follow-up sequences
