• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

2. Promote and sell MYGPS products and services through telephone and direct communication.

3. Explain product features, packages, pricing, and services clearly to customers.

4. Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries.

5. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

6. Maintain accurate customer information, call logs, and follow-up records.

7. Collect customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships.

8. Coordinate with the technical/support team when required.

9. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate senior team member.

10. Achieve assigned sales and customer support targets.

11. Perform other related duties assigned by management.

    Shift & Working Hours

    6 working days per week

    Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3 Days)
    Evening/Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Next 3 Days)

    Employees will be assigned to either the Day Shift or Evening/Night Shift according to the company's duty roster.
