Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and coordinate Operations, Customer Support, Technical, Sales, and Logistics teams.
Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor installation schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
Improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Monitor team performance and establish KPIs.
Resolve operational issues and customer escalations promptly.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage inventory and operational resources efficiently.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to achieve business goals.
