Education:

• Minimum Bachelor`s degree in computer science, business, or a related field

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 2/3 years of Proven experience in project management in software product development team and crafting intelligent solutions that span front-end and back-end systems to build out the best possible user experience.

• Ability to understand business problems through analytical ability and solve problems creatively

• Certifications in relevant field will be added advantage

• Proficiency in project management tool

• Experience in working on a Textile and RMG project/ product is an added advantage

Required Skill:

• CSM certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum knowledge.

• Experience in ERP project management and Agile project delivery.

• Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.

• Garments ERP/RMG industry experience will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of an AI-powered manufacturing software product. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating a cross-functional team and driving the successful completion of a unique and innovative project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and delivering ERP implementation projects from kickoff through a smooth go-live.

• Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans together with stakeholders.

• Leading and supporting cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and QA.

• Running Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives — that keep the team aligned and motivated.

• Keeping projects on track and transparent by maintaining clear progress, risk, and issue tracking in Jira or a similar tool.

• Championing on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery at every milestone.

• Preparing clear project documentation, including FRDs, project plans, and status reports.

• Build Rapport and Manage expectations with different stakeholder relevant to projects
