• We are a leading software development company seeking a proactive and customer-focused ERP Support & Implementation Engineer to provide first-level support for our ERP system, both online and onsite. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, provide timely solutions, and ensure smooth operation of the ERP system. This role requires minimal technical expertise, focusing on no-code support and Implementation while escalating more complex issues to the technical team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escalate complex issues to the development or technical team and follow up to ensure timely resolution

• Assist in ERP system implementation and deployment at client sites

• Analyze client requirements and support system configuration accordingly

• Support system setup, data migration, and data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Ensure smooth system go-live and post-deployment support

• Provide training to end-users on ERP system functionalities and guide them in daily operations

• Support user adoption and address user queries effectively

• Perform routine system checks and monitor system performance to ensure stability and proper functionality

• Maintain data integrity and support system security practices

• Conduct system testing and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Identify bugs or issues and coordinate with the development team for fixes

• Support deployment of system updates, patches, and enhancements with minimal disruption

• Maintain proper documentation, including issue logs, solutions, user guides, and system changes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring issues and implement long-term solutions

• Gather user feedback and communicate it to the development team to improve system performance and user experience

• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support

• Follow up regularly to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction .

• Visit client office and Factory in a regular periodical basis to conduct implementation activities.
