Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
Oversee HVAC and chiller system maintenance.
Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment.
Maintain generators, transformers, panels, pumps, and lighting systems.
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot electrical and MEP-related issues.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure fire safety and compliance with safety standards.
Monitor utility consumption and equipment performance.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Support tenant fit-out and maintenance requirements.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues when required.
Any other task assigned by supervisor related to role.
