• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repair, and commissioning of HVAC and chiller systems.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and recommend effective corrective actions.

• Conduct routine service activities and prepare maintenance and technical service reports.

• Support emergency repairs and customer technical service requirements.

• Ensure maintenance work complies with relevant technical and safety standards.

• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.

• Reference monthly salary: approximately BDT 40,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

• Outstanding performers may be considered for equity incentives or other long-term rewards. The company plans to allocate up to 5% of its equity annually for outstanding employee incentives over a ten-year period, subject to company policy, performance evaluation, and applicable approvals.
