1. Better if currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (Not Mandatory)

2. Familiarity with CAD software, basic electronics, or embedded systems is a plus

3. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn hands-on

4. Passion for UAVs, robotics, or aerospace technology

5. Your skills on drone, fixed wing UAV and relevant aerospace tech will be tested in the interview.

1. Assist in the design, development, and testing of drone airframes, propulsion systems, and structural components

2. Support flight controller integration, sensor calibration, and autopilot system testing

3. Contribute to CAD modeling and simulation of aerodynamic components (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar tools)

4. Help conduct bench testing and flight testing to validate design performance, stability, and safety

5. Assist in troubleshooting hardware and firmware issues during prototype development

6. Document design iterations, test results, and engineering findings for internal reports

7. Collaborate with senior engineers on payload integration (cameras, sensors, GPS modules)

8. Research materials, components, and manufacturing techniques to improve drone performance and cost-efficiency

9. Support quality assurance checks during assembly and pre-flight inspections

10. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new drone applications or improvements

11. Maintain lab equipment, tools, and testing environments in an organized and safe condition
