Responsibilities & Context:

• Promote and sell industrial dehumidification, air treatment, and related HVAC solutions to existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions and products.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical, service, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide necessary pre-sales and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotations, and sales reports.
