• Age: At most 40 years. Age may be relaxed for highly experienced Candidates.
• Working in chars & flood-prone, river erosion-prone, climate-vulnerable, or remote field locations will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, basic surveying, measurements, estimates, BoQ, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction-related documents.
• Good understanding of water supply and tube-well installation practices.
• Strong field supervision, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under challenging field conditions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

SKS Foundation in partnership with ANDHERI HILFE, Germany and Co-Finance by BMZ is going to implement Local Adaptation for Resilience Building (LARB) to Flood Affected Communities in Gaibandha Project. Following positions will be recruited for implementing the project's interventions:

Job Responsibilities

• Will ensure proper selection of women participants for household plinth raising, Improved Cooking Stove (ICS), tube wells and latrines installation etc.,
• Will visit physically each and every proposed spot to see the feasibility,
• S/he will ensure that the contribution for all relevant cases is collected.
• Will ensure installation of Solar Home System (SHS), plinth raising, tube wells etc. as per drawings, designs,
• He will assist the Field Officers in conduction of the training to the households on SHS, plinth raising, tube well installation, operation and maintenance of SHS etc.
• He will ensure all relevant procurements for the groups

• Salary BDT. 36,500- 38,896 (Monthly)

• Others benefits will be as per project budget provision.
