• Having understanding on char communities, flood context vulnerabilities, opportunities etc.

• Good knowledge on climate change, disaster risk reduction, flood context, economic development of the poor, livelihood and agricultural measures etc.

SKS Foundation in partnership with ANDHERI HILFE, Germany and Co-Finance by BMZ is going to implement Local Adaptation for Resilience Building (LARB) to Flood Affected Communities in Gaibandha Project. Following positions will be recruited for implementing the project's interventions:

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate preparing Group Action Plan, ensure regular fortnightly group meetings, conduction of awareness sessions, saving generation and keeping the group accounts.

• Assist Technical Officer-Ag. & IGA for selecting potential women participants for IGA options and conduction of relevant IGA training to the participants.

• Will assist Project Engineer identifying the potential women for tube wells, latrine renovation, ICS installation etc. and assist implementation of the schemes.

• Will ensure repayable grants to the women participants for implementation of their IGA options, renewable energy options etc.

• Salary BDT. 18,500- 20,507/-(Monthly)

• Others benefits will be as per project budget provision.
