Responsibilities & Context:
1. Assist the Project Coordinator in providing technical guidance and backstopping for the BMZ and Sign of Hope funded BRCCASL Project.
2. Track progress against work plans, log frames, and indicators; conduct field visits to verify implementation and achievements.
3. Prepare monitoring checklists, field visit reports, activity monitoring reports, and monthly/quarterly/yearly progress reports in English.
4. Ensure accuracy and reliability of field data, beneficiary lists, attendance sheets, distribution records, and training documentation.
5. Oversee day-to-day activities of field staff, support them in preparing work plans, monitor punctuality and quality, and provide technical guidance.
6. Identify challenges, risks, and deviations at field level and take necessary initiatives to resolve them.
7. Maintain training databases, collect and manage data using Kobo/SPSS/Excel, and assist in baseline, mid-term, and final evaluations.
8. Collect and maintain photographs, videos, case studies, and success stories; ensure proper filing and updating of supporting documents.
9. Support the Project Coordinator in preparing monitoring checklists and collecting reports from field facilitators regularly.
10. Ensure surveys and participatory tools follow acceptable methodology for reliable data collection.
11. Visit communities, interact with beneficiaries, and assess how project interventions are being applied and impacting lives.
