• Minimum 3 years working experiences in relevant field.
• Must be having advance computer literacy/ IT Knowledge.

Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) invites applications for the following positions under the Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project. The positions will support field implementation, training, employment and enterprise pathways, community engagement, inclusion, monitoring, finance, procurement and project administration.

Job Location:

• Cumilla District: Upazila of Barura, hauddagram, Laksam, Lalmai, Monoharganj, Nangalkot
• Chandpur District: Upazila of Chandpur Sadar, Faridganj, Hajiganj & Kachua
• Feni District: Upazila of Feni Sadar & Sonagazi
• Lakshmipur District: Upazila of Lakshmipur Sadar & Ramgonj

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with local employers and industries.
• Develop and maintain employer database.
• Seeking Demand driven trade courses.
• Facilitate internship, apprenticeship, and job placement.
• Organize job fairs and employer engagement events.
• Match trainees with suitable job opportunities.
• Support trainees in CV preparation and interview skills.
• Track employment outcomes and update MIS.
• Conduct follow-up with employers and placed trainees.
• Coordinate with training team to align skills with market demand.
