Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) invites applications for the following positions under the Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project. The positions will support field implementation, training, employment and enterprise pathways, community engagement, inclusion, monitoring, finance, procurement and project administration.

Job Location: Mymensingh District: VLTCs at Unions of Bhaluka, Dhobaura, Fulbaria, Gafargaon, Gouripur, Ishwarganj, Mymensingh Sadar, Nandail, Fulpur and Tarakanda Upazila

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver trade-based technical training as per approved curriculum.
• Prepare and follow lesson plans, job sheets, and practical sessions.
• Conduct hands-on participatory training and demonstrations.
• Assess trainee performance (practical + theoretical).
• Maintain attendance and training records (MIS + portal).
• Ensure safe training environment (OHS compliance).
• Support trainees in developing job-ready skills.
• Coordinate with Training Manager and job placement service expert.
• Ensure inclusion of gender and safeguarding practices
• Ensure female friendly environment in the training room
• Maintain training tools, equipment, and materials.
