Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) invites applications for the following positions under the Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project. The positions will support field implementation, training, employment and enterprise pathways, community engagement, inclusion, monitoring, finance, procurement and project administration.

Job Location: Mymensingh District: VLTCs at Unions of Bhaluka, Dhobaura, Fulbaria, Gafargaon, Gouripur, Ishwarganj, Mymensingh Sadar, Nandail, Fulpur and Tarakanda Upazila

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of 2 VLTCs.

• Ensure training schedule and sessions are properly implemented.

• Adapt demand driven trades in the centres

• Coordinate with employment service experts and potential employers

• Supervise trainers and support staff.

• Continuous linkage with the community mobilizer

• Ensure availability of training materials and equipment.

• Maintain center records (attendance, inventory, MIS).

• Ensure safe, clean, and gender-friendly environment.

• Coordinate with Upazila Manager and central team.

• Support monitoring visits and reporting.

• Ensure safeguarding compliance.
